There is no doubt exercise can give your immune system a big boost. The more exercise you do, the stronger your immune system will become. There are so many ways to remove that excess fat. You can jog for 1km, play basketball, or even walk your dog. If you do the last one, you will also let your pet exercise too. It would feel great when you are sweating a lot because of nice exercise. For example, you can play basketball today then go to the gym the next day then run a few kilometers with friends the day after that.
