4. Get Enough Sleep

Studies show that if you sleep below 6 hours, then your body’s immune system will weaken. It would be best to get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep per day. If you have a hard time sleeping, you can avoid naps during the day so you will be able to sleep straight during the night. Another good idea would be to avoid caffeine during the night. It would be advisable to drink coffee during the morning so you will be full of energy during the day. Another way to help you sleep would be to lower the room temperature in your room.
