5. Stay Hydrated
It is highly recommended to drink at least 7 to 8 hours of water. Remember, that it is water that you must drink and not energy drinks as those drinks contain lots of sugar. If you drink those types of drinks, you are going to defeat the purpose and you’ll get fat. When you see that your water is about to run out, better stand up and refill it. You are also going to lose a few calories in the process. Even if you don’t feel thirsty, you still need to drink regularly. You can’t blame yourself if you don’t feel thirsty that often when you’re older as that is completely normal.
